Bruiser Trucking LLC ("Bruiser Trucking") operates the Bruiser Trucking Dispatch Alerts text messaging program. This page describes who receives messages, how consent is collected, and how to opt out.
Messages are sent only to Bruiser Trucking employees (delivery associates, lead drivers, and dispatchers) who have agreed to receive work-related texts. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not text members of the public.
Operational messages from our dispatch team about the employee's shift and route, for example: route assignments and changes, delivery or return issues that need attention, reminders to return to the station, and safety notices. Messages are sent from (224) 496-3533.
Example: "Bruiser Dispatch: Stop 42 on your route was scanned as delivered to receptionist but notes say mailroom. Please check and call dispatch at (224) 775-6061. Reply STOP to opt out."
Employees opt in during onboarding by signing our written Text Messaging Consent form (view the form, PDF), which is separate from other onboarding paperwork and is not a condition of employment. The consent states:
"I agree to receive work-related text messages from Bruiser Trucking LLC (Bruiser Trucking Dispatch Alerts) at the mobile number I provide, including route, shift, and safety messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of employment. See bruisertrucking.com/terms.html and bruisertrucking.com/privacy.html."

An employee may also opt in at any time by texting START to (224) 496-3533.
Message frequency varies based on the employee's schedule and route activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (708) 303-8864 or hr@bruisertrucking.com.
